Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.
• Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
• To enable us to confirm your booking please complete all details of the form, payments for hire charges should be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice, or immediately if within 14 days of the hire date. Failure to make payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your booking.
• A damage deposit of £50.00 will be required (Cash or Cheque) 24hrs before the hire date
• If you have any specific requirements please ask in the final section of the booking form, we will endeavour to do all we can accommodate your needs if possible.
• Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information to ensure you have a smooth hiring of the hall.
