Please observe the following points as it will help you and the unpaid volunteers who run the Hall.

  • Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the beginning and clearing up after your event.
  • Please make sure that your booking confirmation is received in time by completing all details of the form, payments made and with the Booking Secretary 14 days before before your event as the bookings are confirmed online and sent to the Treasurer and Facilities Manager to ensure we can make sure everything is in place for you to have a great event.
  • If you have any specific requirements please ask in the final section of the booking form, we  will endeavour to do all we can accommodate your needs if possible.
  • Please read through the "Terms and Conditions of Hire" which includes all necessary information to ensure you have a smooth hiring of the hall.
  • Please read through the “General Information” which includes where to pick up the keys before your hiring date, contact numbers etc.
